How We Approach Your Situation

We do not measure success by speed. We measure it by whether the person we helped understood what was happening and felt treated with care.

Honest at Each Stage

When a matter does not have a clear path forward, we say so. Clarity at the outset saves time, cost, and emotional energy.

Realistic Timelines

Thai personal injury matters take time. We explain what typically happens at each stage so you can make decisions at your own pace.

Thai Law, Plain English

We work across both Thai and English without losing precision. Visitors and residents receive the same standard of care and explanation.

Fixed, Transparent Fees

Each service has a stated fee with no hidden additions. You know the cost before we begin.

No Pressure to Proceed

We describe your options and step back. The decision to continue rests with you, without urgency from us.

Bangkok Practice, Thai Courts

We practice here and appear here. Our understanding of Bangkok's Civil Court procedures is grounded in direct experience.

Would You Like to Discuss Your Situation?

An initial conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We listen, and if we can help, we explain how.

Common Questions

Short answers to what people most often ask before reaching out.

How long does a road accident claim in Thailand usually take?
It varies considerably. Straightforward insurer settlements where liability is not disputed can conclude in two to four months. Where matters reach Civil Court, timelines extend to one to two years or longer. We explain this at the outset and keep you informed at each stage.
I am a tourist. Can I still make a claim from outside Thailand?
Yes, though there are practical limitations. We can handle much of the process on your behalf, and document preparation and insurer correspondence do not require your physical presence. Court proceedings, where they arise, may require you to return or provide a power of attorney.
What happens during a Medical Negligence Initial Review?
We examine the medical records and documents you supply, assess them against the Thai legal standard of care, and provide our considered view in writing. If we believe the matter does not have a viable path, we say so plainly. If it does, we outline what further investigation would involve and at what cost.
Can I pursue a claim if I was partly at fault in the accident?
Thai law considers contributory negligence, which may reduce the compensation available rather than eliminate it. The degree of fault on each side matters. We discuss this with you at the outset so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.
Are the fees fixed or do they change depending on the outcome?
The fees listed for each service are fixed and not contingency-based. What we quote is what you pay. Where a matter progresses beyond the scope of the initial service, we discuss any additional costs with you separately before proceeding.
How do I begin the Insurance Claim Letter service?
Contact us with a brief description of your situation. We will ask you to send the relevant documents — police report, medical records, insurer correspondence — and from there we draft the letter, cover note, and translation as needed. Turnaround is typically one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the records.
