Cookie Policy
bodhicoud · Last Updated: 20 April 2025
This page explains how bodhicoud uses cookies and similar small data files on our website. We keep our use of cookies to a minimum — enough to understand how the site is being used, and to ensure it functions correctly.
You can manage your preferences at any time using the controls on this page. For questions, please contact us at [email protected].
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — for example, whether you have already seen a cookie notice. Cookies do not give us access to your device and, in most cases, the information they contain does not identify you personally.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can change your browser settings to refuse cookies, though this may affect some aspects of how the site works.
2. Cookies We Use
We use four categories of cookies, described below. Essential cookies are always active because the website cannot function without them. The remaining categories are optional, and you can disable them using the preference controls further down this page.
Essential Cookies Always active
These are required for the website to function. They include the cookie that records whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice, so you are not shown it repeatedly.
Duration: Session or up to 12 months · Third parties: None
Analytics Cookies Optional
These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are most read, how people arrive, and where they leave. This information is used in aggregate form only and does not identify individual visitors. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
Duration: Up to 2 years · Third parties: Google Analytics
Marketing Cookies Optional
These allow us to understand the effectiveness of any advertising we place and to avoid showing you the same advertisement repeatedly. They are set by third-party platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
Duration: Up to 90 days · Third parties: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook)
Preference Cookies Optional
These remember choices you have made — for example, your preferred language or region — so you are not asked to re-select them on each visit.
Duration: Up to 12 months · Third parties: None
3. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies you accept. Essential cookies cannot be disabled. Your choices are saved locally on your device.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies are either session cookies, which are removed when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. The durations for each category are noted in the descriptions above.
You can delete existing cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
All major browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Select a browser below for brief guidance. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some websites display or function.
Google Chrome
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top right. Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data. From here you can block third-party cookies, clear all cookies, or set exceptions for individual sites. To delete existing cookies: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and click the menu icon (three lines) in the top right. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection you can choose your level of cookie blocking. To delete cookies: scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
Apple Safari
On a Mac, open Safari and go to Safari → Settings → Privacy. Check Prevent cross-site tracking to block third-party cookies. To delete cookies, go to Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top right. Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies, allow cookies from specific sites, or clear all stored cookies from this menu.
On mobile, cookie settings are typically found in the browser's main settings menu under Privacy or Site Settings.
6. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. Doing so does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before your withdrawal.
Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using the website, though it may mean we are unable to improve the site based on how it is being used.
For any questions about our use of cookies or your rights under the PDPA, please contact us at [email protected].
